Sales Manager

As Sales Manager, you’ll manage leads and be responsible for coaching our Sales Staff – acting as their primary reference regarding customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, and sales guideline interpretation. Responsibilities:

• Ensure that sales quotas are achieved
• Recruit sales representatives
• Provide sale staff with proper training regarding sales techniques, legal requirements, and company products, policies and procedures
• Review and evaluate sales staff performance

• Handle personnel issues and problems
• Conduct  weekly sales meetings
• Help prepare yearly sales quota
• Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner
• Work in the field with the sales team (ride with staff on presentation)

• Minimum of six years sales experience, preferably business to consumer
• Minimum of three year sales management experience, preferably managing in a quota-driven sales environment
